Gießerei Manfred Hartwich is subject to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), which fundamentally ensures the anonymity of users when they visit our website. If, in individual cases, your name, address or other personal information are required, then you will be made aware of this in advance. When you visit the website, Gießerei Manfred Hartwich receives usage data which is stored for security purposes and possibly used to allow identification (for example, your IP address, date, time and pages viewed).

This data is evaluated by Gießerei Manfred Hartwich in order to understand user behaviour and compile statistics. In so doing, the stringent security standards required by the German Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDSV) and the Telecommunication Data Protection Regulation (TDSV) applicable to telecommunications companies are observed. The data is not analysed on a personal basis. We reserve the right to perform statistical evaluation of anonymised data records.  Where, during the course of commissioned data processing, data is forwarded to third party service providers, such data is also subject to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), other statutory regulations and to this Gießerei Manfred Hartwich Privacy Policy. 2. Access data/server log files

The provider (or his web space provider) collects data each time the content is accessed (so-called server log files). Such access data includes:

The name of the website visited, the file, date and time of the visit, the volume of data transferred, confirmation of successful retrieval of data, the browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited web page), IP address and the requesting domain.

The provider will only use the log files to perform statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, securing and optimising the content. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently review the log files where, on the basis of on specific evidence, a justified suspicion exists that the content is being used in a manner that is unlawful.

3. Processing of personal data

Personal data means information which can be used to determine a person’s identity, i.e. details that can be traced back to a person. Such information includes the name, email address and telephone number. But information about preferences, hobbies, memberships or the websites that people have visited is also considered to be personal data.

Personal data is only collected, processed and forwarded by the provider if this is legally permitted or if users grant their permission for such data to be collected.

4. Establishing contact

When establishing contact with the provider (for instance via a contact form or by email) the user’s data is stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

5. Inclusion of third party services and content

It is possible that third party content may be included on the website, for instance YouTube videos, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This requires that the providers of such content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) detect the user’s IP address. Without the IP address, you would not be able to send the contents to the individual users’ browsers. The IP address is therefore required to display these contents. We endeavour only to use such content for which the respective providers solely use the IP address for delivering content. However, we have no influence over whether third-party providers store the IP address – for statistical purposes for example. We will inform users should we detect such action.

On behalf of the website provider Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider.
